SOUL Valved Exhaust System Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS / Spyder RS

Description

The 718 GT4 RS introduced GT3-derived power and character to Porsche’s mid-engine platform, but the factory rear muffler architecture remained constrained by packaging and sound compliance requirements.

The SOUL Valved Exhaust System was developed to open the platform up properly through a full 3-inch flow path and motorsport-inspired x-pipe design while retaining refined drivability and factory valve functionality.

With valves open, the system delivers a sharper, more aggressive flat-six tone under load. Closed, the system maintains composure for longer drives and reduced cabin fatigue.

Designed and manufactured in-house by SOUL Performance Products using mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel construction

The GT4 RS already delivers one of the most visceral modern Porsche driving experiences available. This system preserves the platform’s character while allowing the 4.0-liter engine to sound and breathe more naturally throughout the rev range.

Particularly impressive under load and during high-RPM transitions where the flat-six tone becomes significantly more pronounced without losing refinement during normal driving conditions.
