  Important 4.0L ECU Information

  971 Panamera models equipped with the 4.0L engine require an initial DME bench unlock before OBD-II programming can be performed.

  The ECU must be removed and sent to Softronic for the initial unlock procedure. Once unlocked, future programming can be completed using the supplied OBD-II cable and Softronic software.
